TERMS

CONDUCT

1. Strategy

Execution of a skill assessment adapted to the high-profile sportsman. Determination of a coherent professional project.

 

2. Tools

Transfer of skills. Creation of CVs, cover letters, profiles on professional social networks (LinkedIn…).

 

3. Coaching

Preparation for recruitment interviews (telephone, face-to-face…). Working on communication: how to build a speech that hits home.

 

4. Action

A sales team dedicated to the prospection of companies. Putting in touch with corporates’ HR services. Regular updates on job offers. Brief and debrief of interviews completed.

 

5. Integration

Advice on offers, conditions, salary negotiation … Follow-up on the proper integration in the business.
